There is no denying the majesty of the Great Room as you enter Red Willow On Main. This 4000 plus square foot room is breath-taking in it's size and and personality. Our Great Room welcomes you with a soaring turn of the century tin ceiling and wrought iron chandeliers. The over-sized stone fireplace welcomes you with a cheery blaze, inviting you to stay a while. Your gaze is then captured by the grand stair case and mezzanine with it's beautiful detailing. Our Great Room is designed to be the perfect backdrop for your event.

the loftThe Loft provides an intimate and special space for our brides or other special gatherings. This room is located on the mezzanine at the top of the grand staircase. It also has a private restroom attached for our brides and bridal party. This room provides a comfortable and elegant place to prepare, refresh or relax on your special day.
The Loft may also be used for intimate gatherings where the atmosphere is as important as the space. Showers, birthdays, retreats may also find this room to be a perfect fit. Capacity is 15. |
The Conference Room at Red Willow On Main provides the perfect setting for your meeting of up to 30. This room provides plenty of seating and work space. It also has AV capability for training and informational gatherings. WiFi is available throughout the building. Breakfast and lunch meetings are easily provided by Red Willow Catering the exclusive caterer for Red Willow On Main.

Red Willow On Main offers many different ala carte packages for you to choose from to create your perfect event. Our rooms are priced per hour. These prices vary based on room size and guest numbers. We include table and chair set up, AV availability and water and tea service for meeting use. Pricing starts at $30 per hour for small events - up to $300 per hour for larger events. Wedding and other large celebration events are priced as packages.
Celebration and reception packages are available for your special event. These packages are designed for you based on your preference and can offer multiple days and other amenities. All include table and chair set up and tear down, white or black tablecloths, cleaning, extra staff and use of The Loft.
Catering for your event is available on site from Red Willow Catering. Tumbleweed Taps at Red Willow On Main is also available to book for your adult beverage needs. No outside food or alcohol will be allowed on the premises.
