Wow! Time flies! It's been a while since we've had a blog update. So many wonderful things have happened and are happening at Red Willow On Main! We officially had our first celebration at our venue on March 10. It was so much fun to finally be able to have people come and use our space as it was intended! So excited for Lisa and her team and all their success! We followed that weekend with our 3rd annual Bridal Expo on March 17. We had a super group of vendors, brides, grooms and friends/family. Several engaged couples have chosen to have their receptions at Red Willow On Main. Some have decided to spend their entire day with us and have their ceremony there also. We're very excited about this trend and look forward to these special days. We've continued to serve meals off-site and have settled into a wonderful new routine of prepping and delivering. Having our own kitchen is exactly what we dreamed it would be and thank God for this wonderful space! Our blessings have overflowed. We have started our Pop-Up meals and are seeing people get on board, as folks catch on to our unconventional events. Our Pop-ups are just that. We "pop up" with an opportunity for our friends to come dine with us with a specific meal that we design for a specific date. Our first night was Italian night, and we had a wonderful evening serving Lasagna and Saltimbocca. No one went away hungry! Our Pop-up Chicken dinner was another fun evening. We thank our guests that night, as we were recovering from a power-surge earlier in the week that took out our dishwasher and un-programmed our fryer! State-of-the-art equipment is temperamental when it comes to electricity. Our next Pop-up is a tribute to mom for Mother's Day. It will be Thursday, May 10 at 6:30 pm. Reservations are necessary for any Pop-up and are available now on our reservation page. Or you may call us or stop by and we'll get you signed up! We will be having our first Lunch Pop-up on Monday, May 21 so consider that date also. May 5th saw us hosting Yuma Prom! The ladies were breathtaking in their formal dresses and the gentlemen were dashing in their tuxes. The junior class did a great job lighting up the Great Room to create a garden-perfect atmosphere. We enjoyed watching the student body dance the night away and thank all the faculty and parents that helped make this celebration so memorable. Our building partner, Tumbleweed Brewing and Wine Co., is ready to open their doors on May 12. We look forward to our partnership with them as we provide the catering, during their business hours and they assist our clients with beer and wine for their celebrations. It seems like its been forever, so we are excited to be at this point in their adventure. We are looking forward to our upcoming events and want to remind everyone that time flies! We are all ready looking to Christmas bookings and encourage anyone toying with the idea of having a Christmas Party with us, to get their date on the calendar! We have also started booking wedding dates for 2019. Make sure to book the date you want before time flies by! Thanks for checking out our blog and we look forward to celebrating with you soon!

Time really flies so fast. I have never thought that I have been through a lot through time. I had my kids unplanned and now, they are all doing their own chores and having their own lives. I am so lucky that they were not that pain to me. They are my greatest treasure and the most special assets. I am so happy that they have grown into a man I never expected that they’ll be.
